Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items, customized products, and hazardous materials (where applicable).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
- Refunds apply to regular-priced items only; sale items are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, without exception. This fee will be deducted from your refund along with any shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; posting may take additional time.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 800-395-2345.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
