SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added to sales delivered in Texas. If the customer is tax exempt. please give your tax exempt number when the order is placed.

QUOTATIONS
We will quote on larger quantities of an individual item that is listed in this publication. We will also quote on products not listed in our catalog.

Freight is pre-paid on orders of $1,500.00 or more delivered to one location.

PEST FOG SALES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

EPA LAWS & REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO PURCHASE OR USE OF RESTRICTED PESTICIDES.
In order to receive and use a product containing an EPA or State restricted chemical, the applicator must be certified in the appropriate category established by the designated State. If the product is for resale the purchaser must be a dealer for the restricted use pesticides.

When purchasing a restricted use pesticide the certified applicator must be ready to present their name, certification number, type of license, categories and expiration date.

CARRIER:
The carrier for your shipment will be selected by Pest Fog Sales unless you specify a preference when placing your order.

DISCLAIMER:
The seller makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the use of these products other than indicated on the LABEL. Buyer assumes all risk of use and/or handling when such is contrary to the label instructions.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Net 30 days. A 1.5% Service Charge will be added 30 days after due date and each 30 days thereafter until paid.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT:
No merchandise should be returned without prior approval from Pest Fog Sales. Returned merchandise will be subject to Pest Fog Sales inspection before it is received back into stock and the customer's account credited. All merchandise returned for any reason other than an error by Pest Fog Sales in shipping the proper merchandise will he assessed freight charges both ways and a 15% re-stocking charge.

DAMAGED FREIGHT:
Shipments arriving damaged or with missing components should be noted on the truck line delivery receipt or UPS delivery record with a legible signature of the driver making the delivery and an explanation of the discrepencies. Where shipment is made freight collect, a claim should be filed by the consignee. Copies of the signed delivery record should be returned to Pest Fog Sales as prepaid freight shipments so that we may file a claim and credit your account.

FREIGHT PAYMENT AND ALLOWANCES:
All shipments are made F.O.B. Shipping Point unless otherwise specified. Order will be shipped freight collect unless you specifically request us to prepay and add charges to the invoice.

PRICE NOTIFICATION:
Prices are subject to change without notice and price in effect at time of shipment will prevail. It is our policy to notify our customers in advance whenever possible.
